Seed Starting From Trash

One of the best things about living in the city is all the trash... I know that sounds terrible, but really there is all sorts of things people just throw away that you can turn into gold.  Just call me mitas :)

I have several plastic egg cartons and rather than throwing them away I am using them to help start my seeds outside

 I added some dirt, seeds and a little water.

I left it out in the sun 

Look at what I saw today.  I love seeing new life sprouting.
